| Description | Project has been awarded and completed but award amount was not confirmed. Southwest Preparatory School ("the school") is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the roof replacement at New Directions Campus located at 1258 Austin Hwy. The existing roof is a twenty year old built up roof system on two levels with the first floor roof at approximately 7,000 sq. ft. and the second floor level approximately 8,750 square ft. The school reserves the right to reject any/all proposals, to waive irregularities, formalities, to require financial statements/references and to accept the bid considered most advantageous to the school.
