Surfside Emergency Fence

Contractor shall carefully examine the site of the work and be satisfied with all the observable conditions. Bidder shall be responsible for measuring and calculating the amount of work. Work includes, and is not limited to, all expenses required to obtain the approved permit, all required materials, labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, including all other items necessary to complete the work. The Work consists of furnishing a site-specific minimum 8 feet tall chain link privacy fence including two 16 feet wide gates. Entire fence and both gates shall be covered with non-see thru privacy netting. Fence must comply with Table 2224 of the Florida Building Code (FBC). Fence path shall follow the attached site sketch A-1. Work shall be done in accordance with the FBC and all applicable codes and regulations. Bid price shall include the removal and proper disposal of all work-related debris.
