Materials andequipment may be ordered after receipt of reviewed shop drawings and signed contract. Required Substantial Completion Date: Not later than August 18, 2023. Required Final Completion Date: Not later than September 8, 2023 The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time. Self-guided tours of the school are available. Please notify Director of Building's and Grounds,in advance that you plan on touring the school. When arriving on site, advise the main office of your presence and the number in your party, and sign in on the register logging your attendance Advise the office when you leave the site and sign out Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows: Bid Bond on AIA A310 Bid Bond Form. Certified check Bid Security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of proposer's maximumproposal price. (Base Bid plus any Alternate(s) Sum(s).) Each bidder will identify the two low sub-contractor bid amounts in each category shown on theCategory Breakdown of Subcontractors' Bids Form that follows directly after the Bid Form. Thisapplies to each category of work shown on the Category Breakdown of Subcontractors' BidsForm that the bidder is not self-performing. The decision on low bidder will be made by the net amount on the Bid Form.
