High Street Infrastructure Improvements Project

The High Street Infrastructure Improvements Project consists of the installation of approximately 1,090 linear feet of new 8” waterline, and miscellaneous appurtenances. Although the base bid provides for a ductile iron watermain pipe, a deduct alternate utilizing a PVC watermain is included as an option. All properties along High Street will receive new water services up to the Right-of-Way with new curb stops. The Village will also be replacing the existing 6” VC sewer line with a new 8” PVC line. New manholes and sewer services to the Village ROW will also be installed at this time. Finally, the Village will be installing new catch basins and new 15” HDPE storm pipe along the north side of High Street and the west side of Orchard St. An add alternative to connect to existing storm infrastructure located adjacent to Orchard Street is included.
