Pre-Blended Lime-Fly Ash Powder Mix for Various Locations Precinct 4

A term contract for pre-blended lime-fly ash powder mix for Precinct 4 for one (1) year beginning approximately February 1, 2022. Scope of Work: furnish and/or deliver, as required, pre-blended lime-fly ash powder mix material to specified Harris County jobsites, delivered and spread per ton for Precinct 4 (F.O.B. destination), or, the Page 3 of 3 material will be picked up from the vendor's plant(s) by Harris County vehicles (F.O.B. plant). Plant locations should be listed including name of plant, location, and key map referenced as indicated in the attachment titled Plant Location List. The pre-blended lime-fly ash powder mix material must meet or exceed the specifications as detailed in the attachment titled Map, General Notices, Notes & Information. In addition, the vendor must meet or exceed the weighing and equipment requirements as in the attachment titled Map, General Notices, Notes & Information.
