Water Pipe Replacement - 10th Street/Birdie Drive/Kings Plaza - City of Corvallis

This project provides for the design and replacement of an anticipated 1,050 feet of 6-inch cast iron pipe on 10th Street from Fremont Avenue to Buchanan Avenue and 130 feet of 6-inch ductile iron pipe in Birdie Drive. 600 feet of 4-inch and 6-inch cast iron pipe on the Kings Plaza property. These pipes have significant corrosion issues causing pipe deterioration with five pipe breaks in recent years Project is included in the City of Corvallis' FY 2023-2027 CIP. As of November 4, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. A timeline for construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
