| Description | This is a 12 month contract for lawn care and landscaping services for the properties included in "Exhibit A". The contract start date is September 1, 2022 and will remain in effect for a period of 10 months. The district reserves the right to extend this offer annually, for up to four (4) additional annual (1 year/12 months) renewals. These renewals will be based on the vendor's performance and are at the sole discretion of the District. The services to be included are finish mowing, rough cut mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, pruning, leaf removal and debris/trash removal. |
