Work shall include, but may not be limited to; roofing, skylights, gutters, downspouts, siding, building penetrations, windows, flashing, seams, and sealant. Work will include preventive maintenance, general repairs, identifying and repairing leaks, repairing or replacing components before problems develop, installing new roofing or components, and removing or modifying existing roofing systems and components. | ||
