| Description | The Contractor shall provide all “Services” identified in Attachment A: (Scope of Work), which is incorporated herein by reference. The Contractor shall provide its own equipment, labor, and materials. The purpose of the property acquisition was to establish a new residential temporary housing facility in Kitsap County. The structural design will be focused on creating temporary emergency housing for people experiencing homelessness. Therefore, the interior design will provide temporary co-ed housing and community dwelling space for up to 75 residents. |
