Demolition/Removal of State-Owned Property

The structures (house and garage) were built in 1956, house is 1,332 sq. ft. ± on the main level and 1,332 sq. ft. ± in the unfinished basement, the garage is 624 sq. ft. ± and located just south of the house. The house is finished with the main level having 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a tub with a shower. The interior walls are plaster finish, and the flooring is partially carpeted and hardwood, it is assumed that under the carpet is hardwood also. Majority of the basement is concrete flooring, and the walls are wooden paneling and sheet rock. The home has a masonry wood fireplace with two openings (one on each floor), the one in the basement has been framed and an insulated wall installed. The foundation is concrete. The roof material is asphalt shingles, and the exterior of the house is wood siding or sheathing. There is a concrete parking pad (approximately 200 sq. ft.) on the southwest side of the house.
