Description	Proposals from qualified helicopter or drone contractor’s to provide emergency response aerial inspection of all electric facilities and/or structures associated with KEYS electrical system, associated line components, and surrounding right-of-way. Should the visual inspection be performed by helicopter, a flight crew, including pilot, and room for at least two KEYS employees must be provided. Contractor shall provide an overview aerial shot of each key in KEYS’ service territory as well as the Transmission and Distribution lines for damage assessment purposes.
