The Ontario Midland Railroad reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding Bids may be held by the Ontario Midland Railroad Corp for a period not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders (prospective Contractors), prior to awarding of the Contract. No bids will be withdrawn during this period without the consent of the Ontario Midland Railroad.
