Foreman Roof Drain and Repairs

Install new 6” roof drain, roof to basement. Open wall on three and two, cut and remove existing pipe, install new pipe. Repair and paint wall. Remove soffit in pool area, remove existing pipe, install and connect new pipe. Build new soffit with Water Resistant Tough X Drywall, paint with water proof paint for high humidity conditions, provide and install lighting system. Repairs to adjacent (to first floor pool) women’s locker room ceiling needs to be removed and replaced. Lights, where needed in women’s locker room, need to be replaced with new. Bathroom on second floor has a wall that needs to be removed (approx.. 12’ x 13’ x 12’) rebuilt and finished. Third floor weight room floor has an oak floor that needs to be have an area 25’ x 25’ removed to concrete base and new oak floor installed. Entire floor sanded, stained, sealed. Patch plaster wall area damaged by water.
