| Description | Perry Township Board of Supervisors are receiving sealed bids for the following items: 50 tons Premium cold patch delivered; 30,000 gallons CRS-2 Emulsion delivered; and 20,000 gallons CRS-2 Emulsion FOB. 6,000 gallons Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel delivered; 2,000 gallons #2 Heating Oil delivered. 800 tons #8 Limestone delivered and 800 tons FOB; 300 tons #57 Limestone delivered and 300 tons FOB; 300 tons #R-3 Rip Rap Limestone delivered and 300 tons FOB; 100 tons #R-4 Rip Rap Limestone delivered and 100 tons FOB; and 100 tons #R-5 Rip Rap Limestone delivered and 100 tons FOB. The bids will be awarded per the specifications on the bid sheets. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to approve or reject all bids, bid quantities are more or less, and waive any inconsistencies in the bids. |
