| Description | The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) has a requirement delivery and installation of 20 refrigeration tons or greater of refrigeration capacity in two chiller-compressor units mounted on a single wheeled carriage for interface with a 24-foot gauge rail system at the Geophysical Research Facility (GRF). This system shall comprise two compressors for redundancy, powering three low-profile Air Handler Units each which shall be installed within the GRF roof with piping connecting them to the wheeled carriage. This system shall be provided with all pumps, valves and piping required to operate with all equipment delivered to CRREL for installation at the GRF. |
