This ITB is for the construction of a New Splash Pad, Restroom Building, Entrance Roadway and Parking Lot, Drainage Improvements, Landscaping, Lighting and Associated Infrastructure at Veterans Memorial Park. Substantial Completion: 325 Days Substantial Liquidated Damages: $3,142.00 Final Completion: 60 Days Liquidated Damages: $785.00 Work includes selective demolition of portions of the existing park landscape, hardscape & equipment and the subsequent construction of a new inclusive playground, an asphalt entry drive, asphalt parking lot, accessible sidewalks, and associated stormwater and utility infrastructure.
