All sections of roofing located in A1 - A8 shown in the pre-design, the roofing will be completely removed to the surface of the existing decking and new layers of insulation will be installed including a 4-ply gravel surface membrane. This new roofing system will have a minimum R value of 35 and an average R value exceeding 40. Almost twice the R value of the current roofing. To provide architectural and engineering consulting services for the design and construction administration services for roof replacement as described in the Predesign document. Key features of the project include. o New roofing and coping throughout all of the sections A1-A8. o Increased R value for better insulating factors. o Durable and moisture resistant roofing system protecting the interior of the building from further damage.
