Description

One solicitation for a low-bid TOC for sidewalk repair, flatwork, and ramp construction in support of the IMP Sidewalks and NAMP programs. Construction of typical city sidewalk gap-fill projects (usually 2-3 blocks, residential, driveway approaches/sidewalks/some curb replacement/backfill and re-sod; Construction of curb-ramps at various locations to support the street maintenance program (separate type of work then curb ramp in a sidewalk project, typically 1-4 curb ramps per street that will subsequently get a micro-surface application. Short sidewalks/specialized construction/minor repairs; Asphalt work incidental to sidewalk job (half-lane fill that has collapsed so the curb can be installed at correct elevation, etc); street mill & overlay/reconstruction.
