Description

NOAA/National Ocean Service (NOS), Hollings Marine Laboratory (HML), 331 Fort Johnson Rd., Charleston, SC 29412 has a requirement for annual and semi-annual preventative maintenance service to the five (5) HVAC Chiller Systems. During this inspection they will trouble shoot and repair or replace controls, and primary pumps as needed. In addition the contractor shall have the ability to receive and respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year within 4 hours of the initial request.
