Description 1- Install new three (3) compartment Stainless steel commercial grade sink with Swing Faucet, drain air gap connected to existing grease trap. 2- Install 125 amp 208 vac 3-phase Panelboard in kitchen south wall; connect feeders to existing Panel DLP in Main Electrical Room to supply new refrigeration and Winston ovens. 3- Install two (2) 30 amp 208 VAC circuits with 3-phase receptacles for Winston ovens in kitchen 4- Install hand wash stainless steel sink with hot/cold faucet and drain to existing connection. 5- Install two (2) 20 amp 120 VAC receptacles on dedicated circuits for refrigeration equipment where needed in kitchen 6- Install two (2) Lithonia LED Flatpanel luminaires in existing lay-in ceiling; remove and discard old luminaires; connect to existing switch. 7- Remove old pass thru counter top, install new stainless steel custom fabricated counter to fit existing overhead rollup door; opening counter top to be on both sides of rollup door. 8- Install one (1) 20 amp 208 VAC 1-phase 4-wire receptacle and dedicated circuit for new steam table located by counter 9- Convert kitchen bathroom to dry storage room – Install new flooring. This will no longer be a bathroom.
