Structures and Building and Construction and Manufacturing Components and Supplies ID BPM038782 The City of Gaithersburg is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors to provide materials, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, and necessary supervision to replace damaged wood siding, storm windows (City Hall location only), wood trims and repaint the entire wood exterior façade to match existing at the following two locations: 1. City Hall (wood façade building) 31 S. Summit Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 2. Wells Roberson House 1 Wells Avenue Gaithersburg, MD 20877 Existing wood siding was installed using the Shiplap pattern and City assumes the siding is made from the Pine lumber. Existing conditions shown in attached exhibits are for reference only. Bidder responsible for reviewing existing conditions to understand the scope of work.
