| Description | Restoration roofing specified in Division 07 Section 075416 Ketone Ethylene Esther (KEE) Roofing 1) Roof Section 22 – approximately 13,500 sqft 2) Remove existing roof system components down to the structural metal deck. 3) Mechanically fasten new R-30 tapered polyisocyanurate insulation course. 4) Install ¼” thickness DensDeck Primer gypsum cover board using low rise foam insulation adhesive. 5) Install new 60 mil TremPly KEE FB membrane using POWERply Endure BIO urethane membrane adhesive. 6) Install related flashings and metal details as required to meet manufacturer’s warranty requirements. 7) Provide 30-year manufacturer’s warranty with proactive inspections at years 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, & 25. |
