Maintenance and Service for Emergency Generators and UPS Systems at the Department of Transportation Main Building, Data Center and Maintenance Garage

Provides for the maintenance of emergency generators and UPS systems in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions for the following State of Connecticut, Department of Transportation (CTDOT) facilities: 1. Administration Building, 2800 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, CT 2. Data Center, 2710 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, CT 3. Maintenance Garage, 2880 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, CT Full maintenance includes all parts, labor, emergency service calls, travel, and incidental expenses. Replacement of all UPS batteries must be performed once throughout the duration of the Contract as determined by CTDOT. The Contractor is responsible for the maintenance of the day tanks and all connections to the main fuel tanks. The Contractor is not responsible for the maintenance of the actual underground tank. CTDOT has the right to inspect all work completed before approving payment. Contract Period: The State intends that this Contract shall be in effect from December 1, 2019 through November 30, 2022.
