Description

The Contractor shall take precaution to prevent the deposition of mud from the construction site on adjoining property, roads, streets and alleys during construction; these shall remain in a clean and usable condition at all times. The contractor is responsible for providing erosion control measures during all phases of construction. Appropriate use of silt fence and storm sewer inlet protection is the contractor’s responsibility and should be maintained throughout the projects duration. The contractor shall place plastic, wood, or another barrier between spoils and paved areas to prevent embedding into the pavement.
