COVID-19 Environmental Cleaning Services

Contractor to provide COVID-19 cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting in accordance with all current Guidance for Healthcare Facilities for DDS' STAR Crisis homes located in Costa Mesa, CA. For the purpose of submitting questions regarding this IFB, e-mails may be sent to Heidi Page any time before and up to August 15, 2022 @ 12:00 PM PDT. Send your e-mail(s) to heidi.page@dds.ca.gov. All questions regarding this IFB will be shared via e-mail with each of the agencies/organizations that submit questions. The Departments answers to questions will be e-mailed and posted on August 19, 2022. The term of the contract is September 9, 2022 or when fully executed, whichever is later, through September 8, 2024. The State retains the option to extend the term of the contract for up to one (1) year at the original rates submitted by the Bidder. This contract may be terminated by DDS with thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor. Please note a 3% DVBE (Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise) Participation requirement, with a DVBE Incentive of up to 5%, is in effect for this solicitation.
