Motorola Console and Infrastructure Upgrade for the Central Falls Detention Facility Corporation

1. The selected Proposer will enter into a contract with the Corporation 2. Four (4) Motorola 100 watt repeaters with restricted access to system security 3. Thirty (30) UHF 4 watt portable radios with full keypads, display capabilities and impres batteries 4. Four (4) multi-unit slot charges with one (1) display 5. One (1) Smartpitt enterprise version which includes software for one dispatcher console, one (1) radio server, ten (10) subscriber licenses; 6. At least one hundred-fifteen (115) additional subscriber licenses 7. One (1) additional dispatcher license due to having two (2) consoles 8. Two (2) workstations in the Control Room 9. Two (2) USB desktop microphones for Control Room work stations 10. Two (2) monitors for Control Room work stations 11. Program and install all new equipment 12. Supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide a fully operational system 13. Mandatory site visit to determine type of Motorola system is needed 14. The contractor will be certified by the manufacturer and all work will be performed consistent with that manufacturer’s written recommendations and instructions and State and Federal codes, rules and regulations 15. All work shall be neat, trim, straight, secure and finished in every detail. The site(s) shall be kept neat at all times. Any existing work that is damaged or altered will be returned to original condition at no additional cost to the Corporation and prior to request for payment. 16. Keep the Corporation advised of any developments or discoveries during the course of the work that require attention by the Corporation and/or the Board of Directors. 17. Proposer must be able to respond to the facility within sixty (60) minutes to address any/all issues with the system.
