Description

The project generally includes the removal and replacement of the existing modified bitumen roofing system of the Office/Garage Building at the Riverside Sewer Treatment Plant. This work includes the replacement of the existing insulation, cover board, base sheet and cap sheet as well as the replacement of scupper boxes and other ancillary improvements. The Base Bid is for the existing 1,100 SF lower roof with an alternate bid to include the 2,000 SF upper roof of this building.
