Citizen Collection Station - Recycling Building

Vendor will provide turn-key delivery and installation of a pre-engineered metal building at the City of Ingleside’s Fourth Street Site, Ingleside, TX 78362. Building Requirements 1. Provide 80’ by 40’ by 16’ three-sided metal frame building 2. Provide 3’0” walk through door to rear (80’ side) 3. Provide materials, parts, and labor for installation of all required components 4. Engineered concrete foundation for building 5. Substantial Completion deadline of Friday, April 29, 2022 6. Windstorm inspection and certification including WPI-1, WPI-2, and WPI-8 7. Vendor is responsible for obtaining all permits that may be required for this project - Costs will be waived for the awarded vendor 8. Vendor shall coordinate with City for all design reviews and cover-up inspections 9. Provide construction schedules with estimated lead time for parts 10. Provide proposed laydown area for equipment/materials and site safety plan 11. Provide ancillary services for turn-key delivery. i.e. grass sod/seed over, construction cleanup, etc. Add Alt #01 - Provide electrical service panel at building - Building will be provided with 3- phase power (completed by others) 1. Add Alternate #02 - Overhead lights and outlets throughout for normal operations 2. Add Alternate #03 - Four-sided building with manual 12’ rollup doors on each 40’ side and 3’0” walk through door on front of building 3. All outdoor mounted equipment must be wind load rated/certified to TDI requirements.
