Description Replacement Air Conditioner unit for Wicksburg High School Lunchroom unit. Remove existing ground-level package unit Enlarge existing concrete slab with poured concrete to foundationally support and level new unit Install new 10 ton Trane Commercial Series 208/230v 3ph Package unit with standard gas heat equal BTU or Larger to existing furnace (LP gas). In order to keep all HVAC equipment at location standardized for maintenance purposes, Trane Commercial Series Equipment will only be accepted. Unit must have protective condenser coil guards. Make all electrical changes and connections for new equipment to meet all local and state codes. Replace existing service disconnect. Replace wiring from building service to accommodate new equipment if necessary. Replace thermostat and safety controls as required. Install any or all duct work required to adapt new equipment to existing duct system. Make weather proof seals on duct work at building entrance and at equipmen Install secondary weather shield on all exposed duct work
