Failure to Provide Spec Sheet for Equal Items May Result in Rejection of Your Quote on That Item or as a Whole. It is the Vendor Sole Responsibility to Have Their Response Entered Into the Planetbids System Before the Appointed Due Date and Time. No Person, Firm or Corporation Shall Be Allowed to Submit More Than One Bid/quote in Response to This Request. If Any Vendor Submits More Than One Price or Bid for the Same Request for Quote, All Bids Will Be Rejected. Email and Fax Submittals Shall Not Be Accepted. Late Submittals Shall Not Be Accepted and Will Not Be Opened.
