| Description | Replacement of the roof of the Epsom Public Library located at 1606 Dover Road, Epsom, NH 03234 per the following specs: Purpose: Install a new roof on an approximately 8700 square foot building using 30-year architectural style shingles, with a 10-year labor warranty and 30+ years material warranty from the manufacturer. Scope of Work: 1. Strip roof of existing shingles and haul away debris. 2. Check decking, nail off and/or replace if needed. 3. Install six (6) fee of ice and water shield up all eaves and valleys. 4. Install synthetic underlayment on all exposed decking. 5. Install eight (8) inch aluminum drip edge around the entire perimeter. 6. Install step flashing where needed. 7. Install 30-year architectural style shingles, the same color as the existing shingles. 8. Install ridge vent along the ridge. 9. Cap all hips and ridges. |
