Athletic Court Resurfacing

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the installation of a asphalt overlay on two existing athletic court areas and converting a small section of unpaved area to a paved area next to one of the courts. Both courts are on campus, one is in the Apalachian complex and one is in the CIW complex. Project scope includes installation of new tennis net systems and asphalt overlay. Alternate work includes crack repairs before installation of the asphalt overlay. Accordingly, a deposit check in the amount of $49.00, made payable to Binghamton University is required. Failure to meet the deposit requirement to receive the bid documents from the appropriate source will deem the bidder's submission as non-responsive. Deposits less than $50.00 are non-refundable. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 8% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 75 Calendar Days (Completion Date 12/15/22)
