This is request for quote is for wireless internet hardware installation and monthly wireless access for two buildings at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, in support of a new training office stand-up. See attached statement of need for details. One building will need 12 data lines and the other will need 29 data lines. Wireless standard is 802.11access point or higher; dual frequency access points both 2.4 and 5; upload speed of 50 MBPS minimum and download speed of 500 MB. The Wireless access is needed on/about 1 Jun 19. Due to funding availability and the long-term unknown need, the resulting contract action will be a single-award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract with a 3-year ordering period. The first delivery order will be funded for installation and six months of wireless access and the second delivery order will be for six months or one year, depending on funding availability. The start of the ordering period of the contract is contingent upon installation and set-up of the wireless account in both buildings.
