Description

Please reach out to project contacts regarding documents. The Franklin Co. Public Hospital District #1, Connell, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Ambulance Garage Facility. This project includes but is not limited to Construction of 1-story 5,600-sf Ambulance Garage facility. The building is a Nucor pre-engineered building package that has already been procured and materials are at construction site. Work includes reinforced concrete foundation, erection (not supply) of pre-engineered steel-framed structure, installation (not supply) of metal exterior wall siding and steel roof over pre-engineered steel frame structure, interior wood stud framed interior partitions, H.C. restrooms, insulation , sheetrock, glazing, wood and metal doors, GWB ceiling, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Site work includes, but is not limited to, grading, backfilling, excavation, compaction, storm water drainage, sewer/water/electrical service hookups and concrete paving and flatwork Request For Bids for Ambulance Garage Facility The Franklin Co.
