Apartment Developer Partner

The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) and its instrumentality HAME are proposing a new 55-unit apartment complex in an area of Salt Lake City that has experienced substantial growth in recent years. HASLC has owned the land since 2017, and has done significant work to prepare the land, design the proposed structure, and obtain entitlements. As it stands, the project is ready to build almost immediately, once financing is secured. The project has gone through several iterations, making modifications to the total number of units, the unit mix, and the target population, to maximize its ability to compete for financing. There also continues to be some flexibility to work with a partner to maximize funding options and leverage valuable community partnerships.
