Description

The renovation of the City of Jefferson Senior Center includes four projects. The Owner will accept bids for each individual project or combinations of the projects as submitted by qualified contractors: Project A – Reroofing: Base bid includes removal of existing roofing materials down to sound substrate and installation of a new complete metal roofing system. Alternate Bid includes removal of existing roofing materials down to sound substrate and installation of a new asphalt roofing system. Project B – Flooring: Remove and replace vinyl and carpet flooring finishes. Project C – Toilet Fixtures: Replace seven water closets, six lavatory faucets and install four new electric hand dryers. Project D – AV: Provide and install new audio visual equipment.
