| Description | The City is seeking restoration services which Services may include water damage, smoke or fire damage, sewer and water flooding incidents, and other unexpected damage to City property. The selected Contractor shall provide the services required in Exhibit A, Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein. This will be a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity contract. The dollar amounts and/or quantities indicated are estimates only, and the city may increase or decrease as needed. Any questions pertaining to this Request for Proposals should be directed to the Q&A tab BEFORE 4:00 p.m. PT on March 03, 2023. Tentative City Council Meeting to Consider Awarding Contract June 2023 The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive information and minor irregularities in any proposal received. |
