Description

The project scope is to create a campus wide master plan at the South Dakota State Fair in Huron, South Dakota, OSE # M2321--10X. The master plan will include an overall review of current buildings on the State Fair Grounds, review of building square footage, building usage, current and future camping, movement routes, utilities, and other items to help the State Fair plan for the future including possible new buildings, additions, renovations, and demolitions. The anticipated budget for the project is $100,000.00, but is subject to change. The master plan document will need to be completed by October 1, 2021
