J041--Mitsubishi & York Chiller Repairs

Contractor shall provide White City, Oregon, VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (VA SORCC) services and repairs for chiller units listed below. Work to be completed within 30 days after receipt of award: B201 Pharmacy/CT Scan room York Chiller Recover the 410 A refrigerant Replace circuit #1 Electronic expansion valve that has broken and is stuck in the closed state. Install new EXV And filter driers and purge with nitrogen Pressure test and evacuate the system Re install the recovered 410 A and test run chiller B201 Blood Lab York Chiller Recover refrigerant from circuit #1 Replace the leaking condenser coil Replace the liquid line filter dryer Pressurize, leak check, and evacuate system. Recharge system with recovered refrigerant and top off charge as needed. Cycle chiller and perform complete operational checkout. B249 Mitsubishi Chiller Perform Leak Check Refill Refrigerant R410a Fill Nitrogen Recovery, Evacuation, and Brazing Once complete there will be tests done to ensure the chiller will run throughout the summer without fail. Testing for safety devices and interlocks will also be done. All repairs, and testing will be done in accordance with State, Federal, and VA standards. After completion there will be a report that can be easily understood that will be given to the VA.
