The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit bids for tennis court resurfacing at Guilford H.S. and Auburn H.S. Please return a copy of the required forms AND an electronic PDF version of the bid response (including all required forms) on a flash drive in a SEALED envelope with the bid number, subject and your firm's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. NOTE: FAXED and LATE bids are not acceptable and will be rejected as non-responsive. Use of the included Bid Label is recommended Direct all questions relative to this Invitation for Bid including specifications, Instructions to Bidders, and Conditions in writing to the Director of Purchasing via email at PurchasingDeptStaff@rps205.com. During the time the bid is in the open solicitation and unawarded phase, Bidders may not contact any District staff or design consultants to inquire about the bidding process or any of the details contained in the Bid Package except in writing and by email to Director of Purchasing. Communication with District staff or representatives in a manner other than identified herein may result in disqualification\ Bid Security 5% of Base Bid.Performance Bond and Labor Furnish in the amount of 100% of the Contract after award.
