Chaffee County is building an addition to and remodeling the Chaffee County Administration Offices located at 104 Crestone Avenue, Salida, Colorado. 75-90% Construction Document Design which has been completed and is available at this link: at online The Owner intends to hire, or has already selected, the following professionals for the project team: Owner's Representative (Dynamic Program Management); Architect / Engineering (Sarah F. Whittington Architectural Services); Geotechnical Engineer & CMT (Cesare, Inc.); CM/GC (in progress); Commissioning Agent / Sustainability (TBD); FF&E Vendor (TBD); Moving Company (TBD) The Owner is seeking a CM/GC to coordinate and manage the building process as a member of the project team.
