CR Number: 2099337 All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, execution of the Contract or issuance of a Purchase Order. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
