Description

Maintenance of City irrigation systems located on street medians, City aquatic centers, and City Hall. Maintenance shall generally consist of season start up and shut down as well as scheduled checkups. Provide irrigation maintenance at the following locations: A. Street Medians Street medians located on E.P. True Parkway, Mills Civic Parkway, and Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines. Electronic maps will be provided upon request. B. City Aquatic Centers Holiday Aquatic Center located at 1701 Railroad Avenue and Valley View Aquatic Center located at 255 81st Street in West Des Moines. Electronic maps will be provided upon request. C. City Hall City Hall located at 4200 Mills Civic Parkway in West Des Moines. Electronic maps will be provided upon request.
