HVAC Services and Equipment Annual Contract

Perform repairs, installations and services that include, but are not limited to: 1.1 Lubricate and repair HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, condensers, filters, belts, valves, humidifiers, and other related HVAC equipment; 1.2 Installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment; 1.3 Conduct tests, locate problems, repair malfunctions, recharge systems with refrigerant and check operation to ensure correct repairs; 1.4 Bidder shall provide repairs, parts and installation for key components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, piping, motors, gauges, boilers, pumps, associated building controls and assorted accessories to ensure the efficient and proper operation of HVAC; 1.5 All other duties as they are assigned that may not be included above relating to HVAC maintenance and repairs.
