| Description | The estimated construction cost for the Base Bid is between $670,000 and $700,000. The estimated construction cost for the Base Bid and all three Alternates is between $3,500,000 and $4,000,000. This contract is for the removal and replacement of the existing roof including but not limited to the abatement of hazardous materials related to the removal of existing materials, concrete deck restoration and infill, removal and reinstallation of rooftop equipment and skylights, and providing a new multi-ply built up roofing system on rigid insulation, with any and all related flashings, trim and accessories complete as documented in the Construction Drawings and Project Manual. Primary roofing system may not be subcontracted. |
