Elevator Maintenance for VWCC

The contractor shall furnish all necessary material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies and equipment to provide full maintenance service, including inspections, adjustments, test parts replacement and repairs necessary to keep the elevators in continuous use at their originally specified design and performance ability (speed, capacity, safety, efficiency, etc.) as specified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) or to any enhancement provided by upgrade and /or refurbishment for all elevators listed in Attachment 4. Maintenance shall include all adjustments and servicing required to maintain all systems and equipment in continuous good operating condition, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and shall be considered as part of the base contract. As part of the “BASE” contract monthly amount all parts and supplies such as oil, filters, lubricants, gaskets, fuses, call station lamps, etc. and repair of pumps, motors, controls, micro-switches and all other equipment shall not be priced out separately.
