High Tech Corridor Development, LLC - White Oaks Phase II A

The project will be completed in 2 phases. Phase I will consist of the earthwork and utility extension work necessary to construct a 3 acre pad along C.R. 73/8 Wildlife Lane. This will include earthwork, sediment and erosion controls, waterline tie-in, sewer grinder pump and force main, gas line tie-in, electrical service, and other work necessary to prepare the pad for use. Phase II will include earthwork in order to finish the construction of 2 other pads. These pads will also require sediment and erosion control, utility connections, access to White Oaks BLVD., stormwater, and other work necessary to prepare the pads for use. A bidder may not withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to High Tech Corridor Development, LLC in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders. High Tech Corridor Development, LLC. reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
