Central Regional Wastewater System Mountain Creek Interceptor, Segment 30MC-1

The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following major work items: 1. Construction of 6,500 linear feet (LF) of 90-inch diameter fiberglass reinforced polymer mortar pipe (FRPMP) gravity sewer interceptor, by open cut and other than open cut methods 2. Removal of existing inactive 54-inch diameter pipe when encountered in the same trench, and filling of remainder of existing 54-inch diameter pipe with CLSM to remove from active service 3. Construction of 20 FRP manholes 4. Construction of 750 LF of 90-inch FRPMP under Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way and two separate TxDOT rights-of-way using tunnel liner plate 5. Coordination with future tie-in connections 6. Modifications to the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS) Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) construction entrance; remove/replace contractor access gate 7. Erosion control and fence improvements.
