Senior Center ADA Restrooms Remodel

The work involved in the remodel shall be done in two phases and includes partial demolition of the restrooms to alter plumbing and electrical elements. The restroom layout will be altered to allow proper clearances to comply with ADA regulations. New plumbing fixtures including sinks, faucets, toilets, urinal as well as new toilet partitions will be installed. Ordering of plumbing fixtures, wall and floor finish material, toilet partitions, and accessories shall be delivered before demolition work begins. New automatic door openers to each restroom will be installed and all specified accessories shall be removed and replaced.
