CIDC Conroe Park West Roadway and Utilities

This project includes construction of approximately 2.5 miles of four-lane concrete pavement extending Conroe Park West Drive to Farrell Road and widening Farrell Road to Seven Coves Road. Conroe Park West will be extended approximately 9,800 linear feet, including a 450 linear foot pre-cast concrete beamed bridge over Crystal Creek. Approximately 2,100 linear feet of Farrell Road will be widened to a four-lane roadway. Pollok Drive will be extended approximately 1,300 linear feet until its intersection with the proposed Conroe Park West Drive. Project scope also includes construction of approximately 11,475 linear feet 10-inch to 24-inch gravity mains; approximately 3,630 linear feet of 10-in sanitary force main and approximately 18,400 linear feet of 12-inch and 16-inch waterlines and appurtenances.
